National Endowment for Democracy (NED) 

NED was a key partner on the Guinea Citizen Security Project, (GCSP), supporting the program from beginning to end. For more information on that project, click here.
 

Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS)

Partnership between Partners and ACSS led to the creation of the Africa Institute for Security Sector Transformation (AISST), which was founded to increase local leadership in the promotion of better practices of security sectors throughout West Africa.  Once the institute was established, ACSS became  key partner in a workshop held in Conakry on Developing a National Security Policy for Guinea, in August 2011. US Agency for International Development (USAID)

Partners Senegal connected with USAID on the implementation of the final workshop for the Guinea Citizen Security Project (GCSP). Their assistance was a crucial component of ensuring the quality of the conference, in which senior members of the Guinean security forces, government, and civil society came together to discuss human security challenges facing the Guinean people. World Vision

In 2011, Partners Senegal was consulted by World Vision to do an evaluation of 7 “Learning Centers” that World Vision has established throughout the West African region. For more information, click here.
 

Plan International 

Plan played an important role in Partners Senegal’s Start-up Workshop in 2010. Shortly after, Plan and Partners Senegal collaborated on a project aimed at tackling climate change in the region. For more information on both projects, click here.


Partners Senegal is a member of a worldwide network of organizations from 18 different countries, known as Partners for Democratic Change International (PDCI). The network helps to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices between member organizations and, which allows them to continue to evolve and grow in ways that help ensure the quality of their work and the success of their projects. Furthermore, with a hub in Brussels and an additional office in Washington D.C., the network is strategically positioned to effectively support its members in their work.
